At Wichita Falls Endodontics, the cost of your treatment depends on the extent of the procedure. Our staff is happy to explain fees and policies when you schedule your appointment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Finance options are offered through CareCredit, Sunbit, iCreditWorks and ScratchPay. We are also willing to discuss an in-house payment plan depending on the patient’s unique situation. Payment for your portion is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you don’t have insurance, full payment is due when you visit. If you have insurance, we will verify your benefits and inform you of your portion before treatment. After treatment, we will check your account, and if there’s any overpayment, a check will be mailed to you. If the insurance doesn’t cover the full cost, we will send you a bill.
While we will work to maximize your insurance reimbursement, the patient is responsible for all fees. The cost of endodontic treatment can vary, but it’s usually less expensive than removing a tooth and replacing it with an implant. Dental implants can take up to 12 months to complete and typically cost more than a root canal. We are here to help with the financial aspects of your care and make sure you receive the treatment you need at a price that works for you.

Wichita Falls Endodontics is dedicated to helping you make the most of your dental insurance benefits. Once your treatment plan is set, our insurance coordinator will verify your coverage, submit a pre-determination, and provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins. We’ll handle the paperwork and file your insurance claim on the day of your appointment. If you have more than one insurance plan, we can file with multiple companies to ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement. Dental insurance usually covers around 35% to 60% of endodontic services, but this varies based on your plan. Since your insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company, we aren’t directly involved in the agreement. However, we’ll help you understand your coverage and determine your portion of the cost. Please bring your insurance details to your first visit so we can assist with billing. If there’s any remaining balance after four weeks or once your insurance pays, we’ll send you a bill. In case of overpayment, we’ll mail you a refund check.
